1 Talavera Road is a premier strata office and warehouse estate located in the heart of Macquarie Park. 3 Colours was engaged to undertake a comprehensive repaint of the complex, enhancing both appearance and protection across high-traffic industrial areas.

The project was scheduled during the Christmas shutdown period to minimise disruption to tenants. Two elevated work platforms were used across double shifts to meet the tight deadline. Extreme summer temperatures created additional complexity, accelerating drying times and increasing material use by approximately 15% to achieve an even, consistent finish.
Despite the challenging conditions, the project was delivered on time and to a high standard. The completed works revitalised the estate’s presentation and provided robust, long-term surface protection suited to the demands of an industrial environment.
