1 Talavera Road is a premier strata office/warehouse estate in Macquarie Park. Our scope of works was to paint all the walls, soffits, metal railings, gates, awnings, and bollards. The coating system used was Dulux Acra Shield, Dulux 2 pack Epoxy for metal work, and Dulux weather shield for the eves.

The Challenges of the job was that the project had to be completed during the Christmas break period when most businesses were closed. Two elevating work platform were used working in two shifts. Due to the high temperatures, it was difficult to ensure that the coatings were applied evenly as dry time was enhanced. This resulted in nearly 15% more material than anticipated.
