3 Colours was contracted to repaint both the interiors and exteriors of this stunning strata complex positioned right on the shoreline at The Entrance. The building’s premium coastal location demanded a painting system that could withstand salt air, high winds, and constant sun exposure while still delivering a clean, modern finish.
The scope of works covered all common property areas including corridors, stairwells, foyers, and basement car parking, as well as the full exterior façade. The project refreshed the building’s appearance while also protecting surfaces against ongoing environmental wear.
Delivering this project on a live residential complex required careful staging and clear communication with the strata committee and residents. The seaside location also meant safety and logistics had to be carefully coordinated, particularly for access equipment and working in changing weather conditions.
The completed project has transformed the building, reinstating a crisp, modern aesthetic while ensuring long-term durability in a harsh marine environment. The use of high-performance Dulux systems provided confidence in both the look and longevity of the works.
