Mascot Strata Repaint

This Mascot strata complex consists of thirteen contemporary townhouses. 3 Colours was engaged by the strata committee to carry out a full exterior repaint, restoring the property’s presentation and protecting it against ongoing exposure to the elements.

The project aimed to refresh the overall appearance, address general wear and tear, and enhance street appeal with a modern, consistent finish across all buildings and common property areas.

Scope of Works

Our scope included repainting and surface restoration across:

• Exterior walls, parapet walls, and rendered boundary fencing
• Balcony soffits, support posts, eaves, and gables
• Entry doors and architraves
• Driveway walls and ceilings
• Entry columns and portico ceilings
• Garage walls, staircases, and garden bed walls within common areas
• Timber doors, letterbox wall, and other external detailing

Outcome

The project was completed using Dulux Premium coatings, selected for their durability and UV protection. The repaint unified the complex under a fresh, cohesive colour scheme, significantly improving its presentation and extending the lifespan of external surfaces. The strata committee commended 3 Colours for efficient coordination, minimal disruption, and a premium result that modernised the overall look of the estate.
