Manly Strata Repaint of Facade

3 Colours was contracted to repaint this luxury waterfront strata complex in Manly. The property, positioned just metres from the coastline, required a coating system capable of withstanding salt spray, humidity, and UV exposure — all while preserving the building’s clean, contemporary aesthetic.

The goal was to restore the façade to its original brilliance and ensure long-term protection of the surfaces exposed to the harsh coastal environment.

Scope of Works

• Exterior repainting of façades, soffits, eaves, and balcony areas
• Repainting of all common areas including stairwells and access ways
• High-pressure washing and surface preparation to remove salt residue, mould, and grime buildup
• Application of Dulux Premium exterior systems to ensure durability and UV resistance
• Repainting of metalwork, handrails, and boundary walls for a cohesive finish
• Minor remedial repairs prior to coating to address surface imperfections and prevent moisture ingress
