This art deco building in Darlinghurst required a fair amount of surface preparation and repair such as pressure cleaning, fixing damaged decorative timber panelling, mould treatment, and cleaning of grime and staining before we repainted the exterior and common areas in a modern colour. Our scope of works included; all painted external rendered surfaces, painted external brick surfaces, painted external wooden surfaces, painted external metal surfaces including wrought iron, painting of the garages, roof  top parapet and top plant rooms.
