This project won a Master Painters of Australia Award in 2018 in the Multi-Unit painting over $100,000 category. Our work was part of a full refurbishment for a property developer who had purchased the entire block of apartments, which was inhabited by occupants.

Our builder performed all the structural work including rendering and the bathroom and kitchen renovations. Our painting team painted all the interiors of the apartment units, including ceilings, walls, and woodwork.

We also painted the exterior of the building which included rendering, and painting the facade, doors, window frames, eves, facias boards, car ports with a Dulux Premium paint. We also applied electrostatic spraying to the metal balustrades, and applied an epoxy floor coating to the stairs and walkways.
